What is E-mail & How it's Work?

E-mail is an electonic mailing system that helps us to instantly exchange digital messages with internet across the globe.
we can send recive e-mail over computers,smartphones and other electronic devices.

CREATING AN E-MAIL ACCOUNT
In order to send and recive e-mails,we should have a unique e-mail account.No two persons in the world can have the same e-mail id.we can register for a free e-mail account.while we registr for an e-mail id,the name for uniqueness is checked.the username can have some special characters like underscore(_)and dot(.).

Example-techy_internet@gmail.com 

The @ symbol is the username specifies to which Domain the user belongs.once the e-mail id.The maximum characters for setting a password varies between webmail service websites.Afte the password is set, the e-mail server verifies the information and once the process is a success,we can view our account.
The most coomon e-mail websites are -G-mail,Yahho mail,Hotmail,rediff mail,etc.

PARTS OF THE E-MAIL MASSAGE
E-mail has two parts:-Header and Body.
Header contains informations about the sender and the recipients.
The main parts of header are-Recipient address (to),Subject,Sender address(from).
Recipient address(To): We need to enter the recipient address and the subjects to send the e-mail.E-mail without subject can also be sent.The sender's address automatically get included in the From box.
Body of an email contains the massage to be sent.the massage can be typed in the form of text.

we can also send massages in the form of image or videos,but we need to click attachments icon and embed into the mail body.
Send buttons: once the massages is cxompleted,we need to click the send button and the massages will be sent to the recipient.

SENDING AN E-MAIL

The steps listed below helps us to send e-mail to one or more recipients.
⦁ open an e-mail account by typing username and password.
⦁ After opening the e-mail account,click compose.The mail window opens separately.
⦁ Type the Recipients's e-mail id in the To box.we can also find Cc,Bcc at the right corner of the mail window.
⦁ Cc indicates carbon copy, where a copy of note will be sent to other addressees other than the main recipient.
⦁ Bcc indicate Blind carbon copy,which is similar to Cc,to send multiple copies of the same e-mail to many people.But the address under Bcc will not be visible.
⦁ Type the Subject for the mail to be sent.Example:Invitation for school annual day
⦁ Type a contant under the massage body.
⦁ click attachments,to insert any image,audio or video.
⦁ Click Send button to send the post.
